This fully automatic steel stud forming machine fabricates precise light gauge steel studs and tracks in one continuous process. Fitted with PLC touch control, hardened forming rollers and flying hydraulic cutter, it delivers stable high-speed production with tight dimensional tolerances. Compatible with galvanized steel coils, the line integrates decoiling, leveling, forming and cutting. Low noise, easy operation and minimal maintenance. Widely used for drywall partition, ceiling framing and prefab building construction. Custom sizes and punching functions are available upon request, with complete installation and after-sales technical support.
